FAQ's

 

1-What's the turnaround time for an order? 
The turnaround time can vary depend on the order but most single items are done in an hour or less. 


2-Do you have a minimum order quantity? 
No, we can do just one item. We do offer bulk discounts as well. 


3-What file formats do you except for artwork? 
We prefer to work with PNG, jpeg or PDF formats for design work, DST for embroidery. 


4-Can I see a proof before my order is produced? 

Sure, you can. But sometimes we are too busy to make a mockup right away. We will get your cell phone number and will send you a mockup for you to prove.

5-Do you offer rush services? 
Typically we do not charge rush fees, unless the order is large and we must stay late or open early during non working hours to accommodate your order. Then it will be based on the extra time needed, with a minimum of $50.00 


6-What's your cancellation/return policy? 
We do not accept cancellation requests once we have started the order. Changes to the order after the process has started is $25, plus the price of any merchandise already made. Returns are not accepted as all of our items are customized. 


7-Can I supply my own items for you to engrave, embroider, or print on? 
Yes you can bring your items for customization, but sometimes things can go wrong and damage the material you bring, in that case we do refund your money for customization but we do not offer money back products you brough to us .


8-Do you offer design services if I don't have my own artwork? 
We can help with design but for more than simple text or pictures there may be an extra fee for designing .


9-What materials can you engrave on? 
Metal, wood, glass, and leather 


10-Can you engrave photos or detailed images?                                                                                                                                                                                                  We cannot do detailed engraved photos, but we can do logos or silhouettes. 

11-What's digitization, and why is it needed for embroidery, Engraving or t-shirts? Is there an extra charge for it? 
Digitization is the process of changing a PNG, or JPEG file into a different format so machine can understand . If you have a business logo or specific design that you have created, you will need it digitized. 


12-What printing methods do you offer (e.g., screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG), vinyl heat transfer)? What's the best for my project? 
Each project is a case by case scenario. We do offer Direct to garment printing on light colored fabric and vinyl on dark fabrics
